Service Description

Discover a full-body meditative experience as you lie down and listen to resonant sounds from various holistic instruments, including singing bowls, a gong, drums, chimes & more. We will begin with guided meditation to bring you into a higher state of relaxation before the sound healing takes place. What to bring: Please bring a mat, a cushion & a blanket - there are spare, but due to high numbers, these often get used up. During the sound bath: Please remember to have your mobile phone off or on silent during the event. If you are prone to snoring whilst sleeping (it's common to drift in and out of sleep) let me know so that I can have you near me. With your permission, I will gently press on your shoulder with my hand to wake you, should you snore. Please don't feel insecure about this, it's very normal and everyone has their eyes closed, so they won't be aware of who it's coming from.

Cancellation Policy

Sound baths are non-refundable, however you can reschedule your sound bath to another one by clicking on the top right-hand corner of the website, make sure you're logged in, click on your name, go to bookings and here, you can reschedule or cancel any of your classes. If there isn't another one available, get in touch first first at least two days before the event and we may be able to hold onto your ticket for another sound bath when it becomes available. The best way to get in touch is via text message on 07826793126 (please state your name in the message) or you can email info@activateyoga.co.uk. Due to popular demand, these events often get fully booked with people on a waiting list, so we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule as soon as you know you can't attend so that somebody else can take your space.
